Preparing For Your Appointment.

All Treatments

• Discontinue all active ingredients such as retinol, glycolic acid, or topical acne medications 5–7 days before your appointment. Reach out to your provider if you have any questions.

• Avoid blood-thinning medications or supplements 24–48 hours prior to treatment.

• If you are under a physician’s care for a condition requiring blood thinners, please confirm with your doctor that it is safe to pause them before treatment.

Laser Hair Removal

• Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment for optimal results and minimal post-treatment irritation.

• No self-tanning solutions, recent tanning, or sunburned skin within 14 days before treatment.

• Arriving with recently tanned or burned skin may result in your treatment being canceled and rescheduled at the time of service for your safety.

Intake & Consent Forms

• Intake and consent forms must be completed prior to your appointment. Please check your e-mail for a link from us and be sure to check your spam folder, just in case.

• Forms ensure client safety by disclosing important health information and contraindications.

• They allow our team to save time at check-in, so your appointment can begin promptly.

• Completing forms in advance helps us use your scheduled time more efficiently for your treatment. Allowing us to continue providing exceptional care to each and every client.

Annual Good-Faith Exam Requirement

For any services considered medical in nature—lasers, microneedling, and medium-depth chemical peels—Washington State law requires an annual good-faith exam with our medical director—Sharon Lemoine, ARNP.

• This quick, virtual assessment ensures your safety and eligibility for treatment.

• If it has been over one year since your last exam, please schedule before your appointment.
